The Benefits of a Tennessee Chapter Membership

Why Invest in an RLI Membership?

In addition to the National RLI member benefits you’ll receive, the RLI Tennessee Chapter offers another level of benefits for its members.

The ability to become involved with the Tennessee RLI organization will introduce you to fellow land REALTORS® with whom you will have great opportunity to network at our meetings.  This is how business gets done-land specialist to land specialist as a direct result of meeting fellow land people at our meetings and education sessions.

We offer excellence in education- RLI offers land specific educational courses to our members.  We are land specialists, this is what we do. A list of these courses, dates and location can be found on our website.  National REALTORS® Land Institute offers one of the most prestigious designations available-the Accredited Land Consultant.

A code of conduct is a set of principles that guide decision making and behavior. The purpose of the code for Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) is to provide guidelines for making ethical choices in the conduct of their work. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of credibility reflecting high principles and standards of practice. RLI is proud of ALCs who bring the highest level of integrity to the business of land. In addition to incorporating established legal duties that ALCs owe to their clients and customers, this Code of Conduct also includes principles of integrity beyond those legal obligations. Fidelity to these principles distinguish ALCs from other providers of real estate services. Our land professionals show a commitment to high standards and values by abiding to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
